REFUND POLICY ON FIELD EVENTS: There is $25.00 non-refundable if cancellation occurs for any reason. No refund offered 7 days prior to camp start date unless camper injury or illness.*A doctor's note must be provided within 7 days of start date. We will apply balance of tuition towards a future camp. Account credit is transferable to siblings or family members ONLY and valid for one year from date of issue. *No Refunds if cancellation occurs 10 days prior to camp start date with waitlist.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY/GOVT-CAMPUS CLOSURE: If an event or session is cancelled due to uncontrollable events, we will make every effort to reschedule. If cancelled,  a full credit balance will be applied to use at a future event. If refund requested,  $25.00 cancellation fee incurred to cover losses due to pre-planning camp fees incurred on our end.

CREDIT BALANCE:
MUST be used within 1 year of date of cancellation/issue.

*Utes Lacrosse Camps are open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
